Alejandro Valenzuela Pérez

Alejandro Valenzuela, a graphic designer by profession, began self-taught in the audiovisual field in 2004. Entering the world of advertising with corporate videos, commercial spots and animation. In 2015, he founded Valdan Grupo Creativo, an audiovisual production company that manages to position itself very well in northern Chile. His work linked to tourism creates important ties with the native peoples of the Tarapacá Region in Chile, creating ethnic and identity audiovisual pieces. This link with his land, makes him approach documentary film with his first short film Pachamama, this being the first step to the cinema, a pending passion that materializes after 18 years of experience in the audiovisual field.
