Daniel Goldblum
Daniel Goldblum is a Los Angeles-based bassoonist and filmmaker, creating live score films, documentaries, experimental films, and silent film scores. His films draw from his time living abroad in Austria and Lithuania, and from the search for new forms. As co-artistic director of Five Skins Interdisciplinary, he specializes in live productions that combine film and music, as well as movement and free improvisation. He's created live scores for silent films for the Wende Museum of the Cold War and the American Cinematheque, and his original films have screened at the NYC Independent Film Festival and the Sound of Silent Film Festival Chicago.
