Haibin Gao

GAO Haibin, a director and videographer, MA Documentary Film, University College London. He lives in Shanghai, where he studied new media and video production as an undergraduate, and went to Taiwan as an exchange student majoring in Film. His special and multicultural upbringing has given him a unique understanding of art, fashion and humanities. He also became a passionate observer of life so that he is good at capturing the subtle emotions and connections of people. He has done extensive commercial work in China, USA, UK, France, Italy, Iceland, South Korea, Sri Lanka and Maldives. He possesses a strong ability to move and adapt to new environments, and can deal effectively with unexpected events. He's also been a TV show director and a vlogger with 200,000 followers. This has enabled him to master a wide range of video subjects and intermingle them, gradually exploring his own video style. He has always believed that the key to staying on top is to treat everything like it's his first project and stay hungry. Now he can't wait to start a new journey...
