Valentin Fogoros

Valentin-Rareș Fogoroș, an emerging documentary film director from Bucharest, Romania, has a diverse background in advertising, social photography, publishing, and experimental hands-on documentary work. He recently won an award at Astra Film Festival for his film about Ukrainian refugees. Valentin is currently studying for an MA in Documentary Filmmaking at UNATC Bucharest. Additionally, he co-authored a book with Dutch publisher Erik Kessels. Valentin is actively working on two new films that address social issues, including one that explores the ethics of pedophile hunters. His dedication and unique perspective continue to shape his impactful storytelling.
