Some friends visit Lake Lure to see where parts of Dirty Dancing were filmed and are inspired to perform their own moves. This project was made as a collaborative, pedagogical project between students and faculty from the Radio, TV, Film Program and the Theatre & Dance Department at East Tennessee State University.

It was a fun watch! I didn’t know what to expect, but it gave me major nostalgia vibes. I liked the energy of the performers, though I think a bit more storytelling would’ve made it stronger.
