A year has passed since Ethan Cooper, A Special Intelligent Agent and Estelle Emerson, An American Artist have moved in together in Paris. As Ethan becomes acclimated in his role as Head of France's Foreign Affairs, and Estelle as a respected assistant curator in a Montmartre Museum, things begin to take an unexpected turn as the two begin to embark in a dangerous rhumba in Barcelona.
