REVIEWS:
Masterful storytelling of a compelling heartbreaking story. I felt so bad for the "hero" of the story (I'm so sorry I don't know how to spell his name). The director is skilled and has a bright future. I hope the family involved will be happy for the rest of their days.

Touching story. Really connected to the guy. Feel his pain.

Engaging, but a bit drawn-out—not much action.

A vivid, dynamic, and compelling film, filled with warmth, love, and tragedy. It exposes the realities of life—the imperfections of countries, systems, and people. It shows how important it is to stay true to yourself, your principles, and your values. Any obstacles, hardships, or flaws can be overcome with the support of family, loved ones, and caring people around you. A truly inspiring and uplifting film.

This is the kind of story you’d expect in a high-budget Hollywood espionage film, yet it’s terrifyingly real. A man thrown into a life of secrets, danger, and betrayal, all for a promise that was never kept. Gripping, shocking, and absolutely haunting.
Grandma Nicole
A promise made. A life risked. A man betrayed. The cost of loyalty is too high when the ones you serve refuse to pay the debt.
Marie Meroni
Spying isn’t glamorous. It’s not James Bond. It’s dirty, desperate, and often ends badly. This film lays it all bare—no glory, just survival. And that’s why it hits so hard.
Leon Bokhari
This is a documentary. Without the author's narration. There are facts that build an emotional story. Our life is a series of choices. There are no good or bad choices. They all shape us. Even those that torment us can turn out to be the best thing that could have happened to us and change us beyond recognition. But our mind is simple too stupid to see and grasp this and will perceive it as a mistake in life. There is a double bottom to this story for me. The main character believes that karma comes back. He has deceived his ISIS friends himself and then FBI and CIA cheated him.Calling things by their names, he himself gave disappointment to others and he himself received this disappointment. I wish the main character peace in life. And that he forgives himself because he is not responsible for the death of his brother, he was not responsible for his entire family. He wanted to provide everyone with a good life, but one person does not have such possibilities physically and mentally. And this is where the problem began. If he was responsible for himself and his closest family, I am sure that his life would have turned out differently. He is a good family man. Blerim forgive yourself!Start living to the fullest and accept that you are a different person than you were before.

His voice. The regret. The desperation. The betrayal. The moment when he realizes he was just another disposable asset. I couldn’t look away. I wanted to scream. This is a story of survival, but at what cost?
Andre Santana
This isn’t just about one man—it’s about an entire system that uses and discards people when they’re no longer useful. He wanted safety. He wanted a home. He got played. And he’s not the only one.
Álvaro Lucas
A criminal turned spy, a spy turned pawn, a pawn discarded. We’re supposed to sympathize with him, but should we? How much of what we see is his truth versus the truth? The film doesn’t spoon-feed answers, and that’s what makes it so unsettling.
Alexandre Tsinividi
This feels like a real-life Jason Bourne—but without the Hollywood heroics. Just cold, brutal reality. The deception, the double-crossing, the life-or-death stakes… it’s the kind of story that stays with you long after the credits roll.

This documentary is an unflinching look at the dark intersection of intelligence work, war, and geopolitics. It forces us to question the ethics of recruitment, the disposable nature of informants, and the price of loyalty when nations prioritize strategy over human lives. A powerful, devastating must-watch.
